Your work should
remain yours.
This overview explains the way Chusky treats information needed to provide the agent, workspace, and connected work experience. It is written for people deciding whether Chusky fits their workflow.
The short version
Chusky uses data to do the work you ask for.
Conversation content, files, notes, tasks, approvals, connected identities, and generated artifacts are treated as workspace data. Keep sensitive information out of a workspace unless the people who own it have decided it belongs there.
When you connect another service, that service may apply its own privacy terms. Chusky only receives the access and content required for the capabilities you make available.
What we handle
The information follows a clear purpose.
Account and identity
Name, email, authentication records, and the workspace relationships needed to keep access private.
Work you create
Prompts, responses, files, artifacts, tasks, reminders, approvals, and delivery records that make the agent useful across time.
Operational signals
Errors, run state, timestamps, and service events used to keep work recoverable and explain what happened.
Connected services
The provider, account, and content needed to perform an action you have enabled, subject to the permissions and policies of that service.
Your controls
Access should be understandable and reversible.
- Review or disconnect linked services.
- Stop or cancel work that is still running.
- Keep project credentials on trusted servers.
- Ask for help with account or workspace data.
